The Gap We See

Talent Is Everywhere. Direction Isn't.

What happens to a 14-year-old with a real gift and nobody in her life doing the work she dreams about? What happens to a young man full of ideas who has never once been shown how to build one? What happens to a neighborhood full of capable, driven kids who have the ambition but not the map?

Right now, too many families in Southwest Florida are answering those questions alone. We don't think they should have to.

Hands joined together in unity and support

Why This Foundation Exists

Dr. Phil Phillips Has Spent His Career Building People Up. Now He's Building the Village.

Dr. Phil Phillips has spent years coaching leaders, training organizations, and walking alongside people trying to become who they were made to be. Along the way, he kept running into the same wall: the young people with the most potential often had the fewest people in their corner.

ACF Direct Impact Foundation is his answer to that wall. It's a registered 501(c)(3) built on one conviction, stated plainly in our founding bylaws:

“To provide perpetual possibilities for exponential community transformation.”

Not a program with an end date. A village that keeps showing up.

The Four Pillars
