Get Involved
Southwest Florida's Kids Don't Need More Programs. They Need More People Who Show Up.
If you've got an hour a week, a skill to teach, or an organization that wants to do more than write a check, there's a place for you here.
Every mentor is screened and trained first, so you show up ready, not overwhelmed.
Three Ways to Show Up
Become a Mentor
Get trained and matched with a young person in our Mental Wellness program. No counseling degree required, just consistency and a willingness to show up. We handle the training.
Join the Fathers Track
A peer-led track for dads who want to lead better at home and pour into other fathers doing the same. Learn alongside men who get it, not a workbook.
Partner With Us
Clinical practices, schools, churches, and community organizations: ACF is actively building the 3 founding partnerships that make Year 1 possible. If your organization works with youth or families in Southwest Florida, let's talk.
Before You Apply
What does mentor training involve?
A structured onboarding and screening process before you're ever matched with a family. Full curriculum details are being finalized as our first cohort launches.
How much time does this take?
Plans vary by track. We'll walk you through the expected commitment before you apply, not after.
I run a clinic or organization. What does partnership actually look like?
It depends on your specialty. Some partners provide clinical hours, some provide space, some provide expertise. Reach out and we'll figure out the right fit together.
